Pearle & Co is an online boutique featuring home goods and vintage jewelry, and the brain child of “Earle’s Girls” - sisters Carrie Carr, Jenny Kling, and Darbie McCollian.

Each sister brings their unique vision and aesthetic to the curated items they source together or on individual adventures across the United States, South America and Europe.

Stay tuned for the upcoming launch but until then, enjoy a small curation of goods on Carrie’s Chairish and Darbie’s Restore Decor on Facebook Market Place.

1950s Folk Art Parquetry Tramp Art Decorative Box in Lathe Turned, Oak & Walnut

  • A great storage box for your folk art marquetry collection. Hinges on back that allow piece to open. There are nails that keep the box closed, so careful when opening. You can keep as is or remove nails, box will still open. Great for key drop on entry table. I do not know much about this piece just another thing I picked up at an antique store in the middle of the woods in Wisconsin. Hand made and finished.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Antique 1897-1921 Chinese 3 Piece Cloisonné Turquoise Teal Set

  • Marked Made in China on all pieces which my research tells me: "Marks or seals can be impressed or painted in bright enamel on Chinese base enamel. These marks can also be an indicator of age. Cloisonne made for export from 1897 to 1921 will have “China,” in various spellings, on the base. If the piece was made for export after 1921, it will have “Made in China.” An imperial seal may indicate the piece was produced earlier than 1897. However, there was a revival of empire marks after the beginning of the Chinese Republic in 1912. So, if the piece says “China” or some variation there of, and an imperial seal, the piece might be from between 1912 and 1921. Eventually, paper labels were used and often lost over time."
